Wellness retreats are all the craze right now— weekends where you shell out thousands of dollars to eat organic fruit and do yoga. No shade to those who can afford experiences like that, I’m sure they’re transformational and beautiful. However, if you find yourself fiscally limited like I am, you shouldn’t have to miss out on the benefits of a weekend full of quality time with yourself. I saw this brilliant idea on Instagram last week by Saratoga Schaeffer and reached out to see if she would be interested in a collaboration.
